A True Story: 100,000 Prostrations by a One-Armed Person who Learns and Practices the True Dharma of the Tathagata from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
I was a factory worker in the past. In 1993, a co-worker had to go home to help plant his family’s wheat crop. His leave request was not approved by the shift leader. So, I went to cover him.
When looking at his work in the past, I thought I should be able to do it. In reality, it was not that simple. I was not skillful in operating the machine. The machine pulled my right hand in. When I dragged the arm out, I had no flesh in my hand and arm, only a long, bare bone left.
The doctor at the hospital took a look and told me that I must have amputation. The upper arm bone was fractured; however, he could reconnect it back.
When I slowly woke up from the surgery, I saw that my entire right arm…, my right arm was like, so short , only 5, 6 cm long.
Actually, the doctor had told me very clearly before the surgery that the amputation would only be limited to my hand. This is just not fair at all. I was furious. How could he be a doctor? What medical ethics did he have?
I cried my heart out at that time. I got very upset. I did not even want to go out of my room. I got a room from the company. I didn’t go out at all and felt that it would be embarrassed to go out and see people. Why do I get such bad luck?
I was depressed all day long and also could not get along with my wife. I would smash bowls or chopsticks whenever things didn’t go my way. That happened a lot. When I popped open a bottle of white wine, I would have a big, long gulp. In one morning, I could almost finish a bottle with only a few drops left. I buried myself in the alcohol at home. Once I am drunk, I lose my temper. I almost had a mental breakdown and lost confidence in my life.
It started out from doing a favor, to help out my co-worker. How did it make me to become a handicapped person? How could such a thing happen to me? Even the hospital mistreated me in that way. The whole society did not treat me fairly. I also didn’t see justice from the Heavenly God…….
One day, my daughter told me: “Father, I will take you to a Buddhist center. Go learn Buddhism. Buddhism will be good for you, and for our family. Chant “Namo H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III!”
“What did you tell me to chant?” I said, “I have only heard about Amitabha Buddha. Why didn’t I know about H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III?”
Starting from that day, I would head to the Buddhist center and then listened to the Dharma discourses every day.
I started to learn Buddhism at the Buddhist center. I listened to the discourse on the Law of Cause and Effect. I listened to many pre-recorded dharma discourses, such as The Dharma to Cut Off the Twenty Worldly Emotions, etc.
Eventually I understood that everything is a result of the Law of Cause and Effect.
I listened to The Dharma to Cut Off the Twenty Worldly Emotionsa few more times. I also listened more times to the discourse on the Law of Cause and Effect.
I gradually realized that the loss of my right arm was not without a cause. Whether in my past lifetimes or in this lifetime, I have harmed so many living beings. This bit of suffering is what I deserve. When I took the lives of other living beings in the past, I caused them sufferings.
Through the learning, I slowly understood the truth about the Law of Cause and Effect. The hatred in my mind also gradually vanished.
Every day I did prostrations and listened to the dharma at the Buddhist center. I then made a resolve.
Since I have learned and understood the truth of the Law of Cause and Effect, I will now repent to all the living beings I have killed or harmed. I will repent to them. With the utmost respect, in front of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I will repent with my most pious heart.
I will do 100,000 prostrations for repentance. In less than four months, I completed 100,000 prostrations. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III told us, only cultivation can transform the Law of Cause and Effect.
The retribution I am receiving right now is caused by what I have done in many lifetimes and eons ago. From now on, I will follow and learn from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and cultivate myself.
As long as I plant good causes. I will definitely get good fruition in the future. I am determined to follow and learn from the Buddha and cultivate myself until I attain accomplishment.

After 80 years, the authentic “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” was performed again to eliminates disasters, staves off hardships, removes hindrances and increases good fortune. The Vajra Maternal Buddha arrived in the sky and personally lit the fire.
(Reported by Nangqiong Nuosang) On September 19, 2018, one of tremendously holy virtue conducted a “Holy Fire-Offering Dharma Assembly” that was officially held at the Holy Miracles Temple in the United States. The dharma assembly took place at the Grand Hall of the Buddhas and the courtyard right outside the hall. It was a complete success.
The attendees of this dharma assembly, which is extremely rare and almost impossible to come by, attended under two types of karmic conditions. Under the first type of condition, there were direct attendees who are persons of holy virtue, eminent monastics, abbots of Buddhist temples, and leaders of Buddhist organizations. Their attendance was determined by a Yu-Zun, Wang Zha Shang-Zun, Mozhi Jiao-Zun, or Dharma King Gar Tongstan. Under the second type of condition, there were attendees whose attendance accorded with karmic conditions. They encountered the occasion by happenstance and hence attended the dharma assembly.
Fire-offering dharma is a great dharma in Buddhism. In Tibetan Buddhism, fire-offering is especially of significant importance. In places such as Tibet and India, even common people are almost all highly familiar with this well-known great dharma that eliminates disasters, staves off hardships, removes hindrances and increases good fortune. This Buddha-dharma is also known as the “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma.” However, the authentic “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” is hardly performed even once in a hundred years. What people often attended were just regular fire-offering dharma assemblies. The empowerment produced from “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” and that produced from a regular fire-offering is as different as heaven and earth, as different as one step versus ten thousand miles.
When Wang Zha Shang-Zun and two great holy virtuous ones spoke about what they personally experienced, they said that in the last 100 years, the famous Master Pabongka, also known as the Great Sun Tathagata, and Kangsa Rinpoche, also known as the Great Moon Tathagata, had both performed this dharma. A great holy virtuous person of Gold Button Grade 2 said, “I have learned this dharma but have not succeeded in the practice of it. It appears that I am still lacking in dharma powers and abilities and that I still have to make efforts. In the last several decades, I have yet to see any great holy virtuous person, great dharma king, or great dharma master successfully practice a holy fire-offering dharma. If a holy fire-offering is not successfully performed, it can only have the effect of a regular fire-offering.”
What are the differences between a successful practice and an unsuccessful practice? First, people claim that the regular fire-offering dharma from the Tibetan tradition and the fire-offerings from the lineage of Eastern esoteric Buddhism (woodpile grand dharma assemblies) are so extraordinary. After looking into it, it turns out that the fire in these dharmas are lit by people. How could such empowerment be remotely compared to the empowerment from a fire ignited by Buddhas or holy deities? A holy fire-offering is different. It requires beseeching nine Tathagatas, Vajra Maternal Buddha, Prajna Maternal Buddha, and the holy assembly of dharma-protectors to personally arrive at the fire-mandala. It is an authentic holy fire-offering only when the Vajra Maternal Buddha arrives in the sky and personally lights the fire.
During this holy fire-offering dharma assembly, good and faithful Buddhists sat on both sides of the Grand Hall of the Buddhas. With watchful eyes, they personally witnessed in close proximity the whole process of that dharma assembly. The fire-offering mandala involves the use of numerous different dharma instruments. A cauldron was newly made for the fire-offering mandala just in time for the dharma assembly. It was a clean cauldron made of pure copper, with no electrical or ignition device inside. A flat table and all the dharma instruments, including the fire cauldron, were wiped thoroughly clean from top to bottom by more than ten volunteers on site. The fire cauldron was placed on that flat table. Pieces of sandalwood were put inside the cauldron. The table was then moved closer to the door of the Grand Hall.
The one of tremendously holy virtue who conducted the dharma performed the rituals in accordance with the dharma. The dharma seat of the one of tremendously holy virtue was about fifty meters away from the fire cauldron. Bodi Wentu Ru-Zun, a person of holy virtue at the level of Gold Button Grade 1, served as the “Fire-Ignition Guardian.” He soaked the fire stick with butter oil, then walked toward the fire cauldron. With each step he took, he chanted one mantra character. He originally intended to light the fire, but when he was about six meters away from the cauldron, he suddenly changed his mind. He stood still, looked up and said loudly, “This Holy Fire-Mandala Homa Dharma is being performed by the Namo One of Tremendously Holy Virtue. Would Vajra Maternal Buddha please ignite the fire. If Vajra Maternal Buddha does not ignite the fire, I, disciple Bodi Wentu, will ignite the fire.” He then made a deep bow. Standing at a place a distance away, the one of tremendously holy virtue then said loudly, “Would Vajra Maternal Buddha please ignite the homa fire to eliminate hindrances for living beings and increase their good fortune!” As soon as those words were spoken, Vajra Maternal Buddha suddenly appeared in the sky. I saw Vajra Maternal Buddha flick her finger sending forth a flash of light. The fire inside the cauldron then ignited. Initially, there was no trace of fire inside the cauldron; then, suddenly, the cauldron was ablaze with raging fire. Bodi Wentu was so taken aback that he quickly moved away. He then immediately turned around and began to prostrate. When everyone there saw from close proximity the sudden ignition of the flames, they instantly knelt on the ground and kowtowed. Everyone was extremely excited. Subsequently, in accordance with the rituals, the attendees began to pray and burn homa-offerings.
A Buddhist disciple took the initiative to place the vajra demon-subduing bowl, which is used in a holy fire-offering, upside down on a small flat table. According to the meaning of the dharma, demons and evil karma from everyone attending the fire-offering are collected and subdued inside the bowl. The demons tried in vain to escape from the bowl, using all of their strength to shake the bowl. At this critical moment, a sound of “Hong” was heard! Vajra Maternal Buddha launched a flash of lightning, turning all the malicious demons and black karma inside the bowl into pulverized powder. The souls of the demons were brought to a Buddha-land by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to be edified under rigorous discipline.
All these times, the one of tremendously holy virtue remained at a distance and did not come close to any dharma instruments or dharma tables. Subsequently, the great dharma of “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva” was performed. All attendees on site heard the inverted vajra demon-subduing bowl that they were viewing, with its opening completely sealed by the flat surface of the table, emit a loud sound of “Hong.” A flame resembling lightning swirled around the edge of bowl, then vanished. Thereafter, attendees of the assembly turned the bowl over and saw that there was nothing either under or inside the bowl. The “petition” secretly sent to the Bodhisattva had already been taken away. Under the watchful eyes of the assembly, the petition simply disappeared without a trace. The dharma of “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva” was successfully performed! Meanwhile, the burned demonic corpses emitted an extremely foul odor, much worse than any kind of stinky odor in the world. All those who sniffed the bowl found the foul odor so unbearable that their facial expressions looked distorted. The true state of the holy fire-offering dharma had been performed to perfection.
According to my understanding, the holy fire-offering dharma had not been successfully performed in more than eighty years. Everyone talked about it in theory, but Buddhas and Bodhisattvas did not appear. Regardless of who performed the dharma, there was not one holy homa dharma assembly that manifested the true state of the dharma like this one. That is to say, within the territory of Tibet, India, and other countries in the world, such a magnificent fire-offering dharma assembly did happen more than eighty years ago. Now is the second time it has happened, enabling us to personally witness and experience right then and there the supreme magnificence of the true dharma of the Tathagatas.
During this holy fire-offering dharma assembly, there were manifestations of unprecedented holy states and boundless mighty power. What is more magnificent is that the smoke from the fire-offering mandala rose up inside the grand hall, densely spreading over all of the top of the hall, yet the smoke detectors on the ceiling did not sound any alarm. That was so miraculous. Normally, when one is halfway through smoking a cigarette inside that grand hall, the alarm would sound, and water would sprinkle down. The power demonstrated by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in that holy dharma assembly was so marvelous and subtle.
Such were the extremely wonderful holy miracles from the holy homa fire-offering. The good and faithful Buddhists attendees were very moved. Even the well-known Mozhi Jiao-Zun lost his calm. He was so excited that his facial expression looked twisted. Everyone did their utmost to present offerings to the one of tremendously holy virtue, but the one of tremendously holy virtue did not accept even one cent, and simply told everyone to keep their offerings.
In this world, the Holy Miracles Temple has now established an authentic inner-tantric mandala because everyone on site personally witnessed the “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva.” However, the one of tremendously holy virtue said, “It would be best if you yourselves found one of greatly holy virtue to perform ‘Lifting the Three Vajra Phurbas.’ In this way, a real object can be placed there for worship to demonstrate that an inner-tantric mandala has truly been established.”
I personally attended that assembly in which the great dharma of the real holy fire-offering was performed. It made me deeply feel that what a great holy virtuous person said is correct: “A regular fire-offering in comparison to a holy fire-offering is like one hair in comparison to the hairs of nine oxen. It is just like child’s play.” No wonder a Jiao-Zun said, “The merit from a holy fire-offering in which Vajra Maternal Buddha appears in the sky to ignite the fire is several thousand times greater than the merit from a regular fire-offering in which a person ignites the fire.”
The fire cauldron, offering tables, and related dharma instruments used in that holy fire-offering will all be placed for worship at the Holy Miracles Temple.
At this point, I would also like to mention a very important matter. On September 19th after the holy fire-offering dharma assembly was successfully completed, the Namo one of tremendously holy virtue announced right then and there in the Grand Hall of the Buddhas: “Today’s great dharma assembly has already been conducted. Dharma King Gar Tongstan has been waiting for this dharma assembly. This is the last dharma assembly from which he receives empowerment.”
In an announcement issued by the World Buddhism Association Headquarters just a few days ago, Dharma King Gar Tongstan said that once a last dharma assembly is conducted, he would pass away as soon as possible in a state of liberation. Two dharma masters urged him to stay for the sake of propagating dharma to save living beings. The Dharma King said, “With the Buddha Master living in the world, my level of realization would not be of much use! Life is a dream. Sooner or later, one has to leave. When causes and conditions come together, there is illusory existence. With the ending of those conditions, such existence breaks down. That’s it. I won’t stay!” He also said, “I have control over my birth and death. I can leave at whatever time I want to leave. My situation is different from that of Zhao Yusheng, a person of holy virtue, who relied on Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to receive him at a set time.”
Dharma King Gar Tongstan truly fulfilled his words regarding his control over his own birth and death. On September 20th, the day after the dharma assembly, he took a bath, put on his dharma robe, and laid out stationary before his dharma seat. He wrote a farewell letter to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III ( 多杰羌佛 )in which he stated that he will “pass away in a state of liberation before the ink dries.” Having stated that in writing, once he put down his brush, he indeed instantly passed away in a state of liberation. Only someone who has attained freedom from birth and death can have such a state of accomplishment!
Dharma King Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso demonstrated his world-astounding mastery over his own birth and death by practicing the supreme dharma method of cultivation transmitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.

In Buddhism, mastery over one’s own birth and death has always been a legend. Yet, in September of 2018, I saw that with my own eyes!
The Buddhism founded by Sakyamuni Buddha has been propagated in the world for more than 2,000 years and has evolved into various sects and schools, each with its own teachings and traditions. Patriarchs, eminent monastics, and greatly virtuous people have all talked about how they themselves possess the best teachings, boasting that they themselves can teach people the ultimate accomplishment and liberation. Yet, what are the results? As proven by facts, very few people in history truly attained the accomplishment of actual liberation. Rather, the overwhelming majority of people have been unable to attain accomplishment from practicing dharma.
There have been those who attained outstanding accomplishment, such as Bodhidharma, Hui Neng, and Han Shan. In more recent times, there were Xu Yun, Hui Ming, Sheng Qin, and other elderly dharma masters. There were also Guru Padmasambhava, Master Tsongkhapa, Master Karmapa, Venerable Atisa, and Venerable Suchandra, among others. Still, persons of holy virtue with the kind of accomplishment of those people are so rare. Especially in the last 100 years or so, the dharma-ending era has taken a deeper and more pervasive hold. The true dharma of the Tathagatas is already almost completely lost. This applies even to leading figures of the modern era who were world-renowned people with titles such as eminent monastics or greatly virtuous ones, for when they approached the end of their lives, they suffered from pain till the very end. They did not attain liberation from birth and death, not to mention having control over their own birth and death.
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has brought the great dharma of the Tathagatas to the human world, resumed the original teachings of Sakyamuni Buddha, restored Buddhism to how it was when Sakyamuni Buddha was in this world, and even brought about a template by which Buddhists get faster and higher accomplishment through diligent cultivation. Such great dharmas include The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation, initiation into the “Holy Inner-Tantric Jingxing Dharma,” dharma methods of cultivation that are beyond compare, and supreme dharmas that lead quickly to accomplishment. Such teachings and dharmas, which are innumerable, have never been previously brought to this world by any other holy person in history.
It is widely known that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has reached the pinnacle of accomplishment in the Five Vidyas and that His Holiness has the holy realization of a Buddha. This has indeed been validated by all kinds of facts. I would, however, like to propose that everyone give some thought to one thing. The accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, just like the accomplishments of Sakyamuni Buddha, are the accomplishments of a Buddha and have nothing to do with us. What is truly intimately relevant to us is that we Buddhists can become accomplished through following the teachings. It is this that is of utmost importance!
In this regard, we conducted on-the-spot investigations. It is indeed true that greatly accomplished ones who were taught by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III can still be vividly recalled in everyone’s minds. They include Elder Dharma Master Wu Ming, Elder Dharma Master Yi Zhao, and Holy Venerable Yin Hai. Other examples are persons of holy virtue such as Dharma Master Tonghui, Master Puguan, Elder Dharma Master Guozhang, Great Venerable Wang Lingze, Layperson Cheng Efen, Hou Yushan, Lin-Liu Huixiu, and Zhao Yusheng. The facts prove that people taught by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III have attained extraordinary accomplishments.
Moreover, a disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, Dharma King Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso, who was the President of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters, demonstrated his world-astounding mastery over his own birth and death!
In his lifetime, Dharma King Gar Tongstan had learned from many famous figures within Buddhism. Since he became a disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in 1995, it was as if he had found the rarest and most precious treasure. His experience was just like that of Luosang Zhenzhu Geshe, the only Larampa Geshe among the Han Chinese people, who, when answering a reporter’s question, said that his previous sixty years of learning Buddhism could not match one day of learning from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III! Think of the implications of that!
After Dharma King Gar Tongstan learned dharmas and cultivation practices transmitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, he gave up all the ineffective dharmas that he had learned before and dedicated himself to practicing the profound Buddha-dharmas transmitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. His realization advanced by leaps and bounds, and he attained perfect good fortune and wisdom. In 2004, he demonstrated the vajra power of one who has the most extraordinary physical strength in the world. At the Holy Buddha-Bathing Dharma Assembly, as witnessed by many, he lifted the Buddha-bathing lotus tub weighing more than 4,000 pounds to pour water from it. In 2009, in front of many people, he performed a dharma by which his consciousness exited his body and fetched a vajra pill that was a distance away from him. Ultimately, the Dharma Kingilluminated his mind, saw his original nature, and realized the dharma-body (dharmakaya). The Silver Box Dharma Discourses, in which he talks about his realizations, are to this day widely distributed in the world.
In 2015, the planning and preparatory committee for the building of the Juexing Temple in Taiwan invited Dharma King Gar Tongstan to serve as the abbot of the temple. In a letter dated July 16, 2016, Dharma King Gar Tongstan wrote to the committee, telling them that he could not serve as the abbot of the temple because he does not have such karmic conditions. In 2017, a person of holy virtue by the name of Chen Yigu wrote the article I Dare to Guarantee What Merit Is and What Sin Is, and Buddha-Bestowed Nectar. That article quoted words from Dharma King Gar Tongstan informing Buddhist practitioners that he could not wait until the foundation of Ancient Buddha Temple is laid: “I, Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso, am simply not qualified to be the abbot of Ancient Buddha Temple.…I am not even qualified to be the supervisor of Ancient Buddha Temple. Furthermore, I already lack the karmic conditions to see and pay obeisance to Ancient Buddha Temple.…Although I am confidently in control of my birth and death, I am not sure I can return to the human world after arriving at a Buddha-land. That is because I do not know whether Amitabha Buddha will allow me to return to the human world to pay respect to the Buddha in person, unless H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, my beneficent Master, summons me.” What great Buddha-dharma it is by which the Dharma King could attain such accomplishment and confidently foretell his own birth and death!
In “Inquiry Reply No. 20180102” issued in 2018 by WBAH, it was stated, “Today, two members of the board of directors of World Buddhism Association Headquarters went to seek instructions from the Dharma King, as some people are asking when the Dharma King will leave this world in a state of liberation. Dharma King Gar Tongstan said that he had accomplished control over his birth and death by practicing a dharma, the yidam of which is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. He said that once a last dharma is performed, he will write a decision letter about his leaving this world and then will leave this world in a state of liberation. He stated that he will not waste any time. Upon hearing that, members of the Persons of Holy Virtue Group at WBAH immediately entered a supernatural observance and found that Dharma King Gar Tongstan had already fully realized the status of Shang Zun at the level of Gold Button Grade 3!
Why was the Dharma King able to speak with such certainty? In today’s world, where could people possibly find such Buddha-dharma by which they can attain control over their own birth and death? For almost 100 years, there has not been Buddha-dharma that astounded the world in this way. The Dharma King said that once a last dharma has been performed, he would leave this world in a state of liberation as soon as possible. What dharma was he waiting for? What kind of decision letter would he leave behind? Anyway, that would happen very soon. It was just a matter of waiting for a dharma assembly to take place. We eagerly waited to see whether what he said was empty talk or a reference to an actual great dharma!
In September 2018, Dharma King Gar Tongstan beseeched his beneficent Buddha Master, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, to perform a holy fire-mandala grand offering. He said, “Your Holiness the Buddha should use this highest and greatest dharma of the Tathagatas to verify whether those who flaunt the banners of their lineages in society are ordinary or holy people, whether they are amateurs in Buddhism who have lost the lineage of true dharma. Those who carry evil views have made much efforts in social-media websites on the internet to undermine and slander the conduct and dharma of my beneficent Master, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. This is the only way for us to refute their evil and show what true Buddha-dharma is!”
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “You are wrong. One must not cause others to feel bad for one’s own sake. I am not able to perform that dharma. Even if I were to perform it, I would only be able to chant according to the rituals.”
Dharma King Gar Tongstan continued to beseech, “My beneficent Buddha Master, even assuming that dharma is not performed for the sake of validating Yourself, that dharma still needs to be performed for the sake of validating the true dharma of the Tathagatas, for the sake of living beings in the entire Western world so as so eliminate their disasters and pray for their good fortune, and for my sake, Your disciple Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso, who is beseeching true Buddha-dharma so that I may have the requisites for my accomplishment!”
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III then said, “Since this relates to the great cause of spreading true Buddha-dharma in the entire Western world, and for the sake of praying for good fortune to benefit living beings, you can rest assured that this dharma assembly will be performed. Even if I do not do perform it, a person of tremendously holy virtue will perform it.”
On September 17th, a metalwork specialist led a team to rush the fabrication of a brass cauldron. On September 18th, Sister Xuan Hui brought sandalwood pieces and charcoals from the residence of Dharma King Gar Tongstan to be burnt during the homa fire-offering. On September 19th, the “Holy Fire-Offering Grand Dharma Assembly” was formally held at the Holy Miracles Temple in the United States.
The “Holy Fire-Offering Dharma” is the king of all dharmas in eliminating karmic hindrances and increasing good fortune. About eighty years ago in Tibet, this dharma was once successfully performed by Master Phapongka and Kangsa Rinpoche. Ever since, both in Tibet and the regions of the Han Chinese, the so-called fire-offering dharma has been something that is merely described in books or described orally as being a holy dharma practice; that is, there has not been any actual manifestation of holy states during that time. There have only been conventional dharma practices performed through the chanting of rituals.
However, on September 19th at the Holy Fire-Offering Grand Dharma Assembly that was performed by one of tremendously holy virtue at Holy Miracles Temple in the United States, Vajra Maternal Buddha personally arrived in the sky. Her entire tall and enormous blue body emitted light. In an article published on the internet, someone said that theysaw Vajra Maternal Buddha flick a finger, sending forth a flash of light from the sky. The fire inside the cauldron then ignited.
However, I have interviewed quite a few people who saw something different. They saw that Vajra Maternal Buddha, who was blue, manifested Her appearance in the sky. She was enormous, very tall, and extremely dignified and majestic. Her body and movements changed. A net of fire and lightning swirled around Her entire body. As soon as the fire-ignition guardian finished beseeching Her to ignite the fire, Vajra Maternal Buddha suddenly emitted a flash of light from between Her eyebrows directly into the fire cauldron. In an instant, a raging fire started burning! At that time, only five pieces of sandalwood had been placed inside the fire cauldron. How could such a raging fire possibly ignite in an instant?
Subsequently, the demons captured inside the vajra demon-subduing bowl struggled desperately to escape, trying to shake the bowl to find an exit. Right at the moment that the bowl shook, Vajra Maternal Buddha again sent forth a flame from between Her eyebrows directly toward the demon-subduing bowl. Suddenly, the sound “Hong” was heard. The demon-subduing bowl emitted golden flames, instantly turning the demons and black karma of the attending cultivators into pulverized powder. Vajra Maternal Buddhasubdued the demons, whose souls were brought to a Buddha-land to be edified! The nearly 100 cultivators attending the dharma assembly were greatly astonished, and they were all kowtowing non-stop to pay obeisance!
At the dharma assembly, the one of tremendously holy virtue announced to the practitioners, “This dharma assembly has now been performed. Dharma King Gar Tongstan will very soon leave the world.”
Sure enough, this was precisely the last dharma assembly that Dharma King Gar Tongstan said he was waiting for. On the next day, the Dharma King took a bath, changed his clothes, and entered his dharma practice. In front of his meditation seat, there was a writing desk, brush and ink, paper, and white-out fluid. After writing a letter respectfully bidding farewell to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the Dharma King immediately went into a sitting meditation and passed away in a state of liberation.
When monastics from different temples heard the news and quickly made their way to the site, they found that right after the Dharma King put down his brush, he passed away in a state of liberation gracefully and completely at ease. At that time, everyone came to realize that the Verses of Respectful Farewell written by Dharma King Gar Tongstan are pointing living beings to where the true, great dharma of the Tathagatas is. That is, the true dharma is held and controlled by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. It is the same as the dharma of Sakyamuni Buddha; namely, Buddha-dharma that is non-sectarian and belongs to the entirety of Buddhism!
The following are the Verses of Respectful Farewell written by Dharma King Gar Tongstan:

Namo beneficent Master, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III
Disciple Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso has decided to leave this world.
As life is filled with suffering,
I rushed about learning Buddhism and seeking enlightenment.
I have followed many masters:
Guang Qin, Xuan Hua, Kalu,
And Dharma King Dilgo Khyentse,
Diligently practicing their dharmas and the Sakya unshared LamDre Dharma,
All to no avail.
Thankfully, I met my Buddha Master.
Through the Mahamudra of Liberation that is supreme and unsurpassed,
And the secret initiations and transmissions of holy dharma from my Buddha Master,
I achieved control over my own birth and death.
My direct realization is reality.
I now put down my brush and leave this world,
Entering into the state of liberation before the ink dries.
Namo my beneficent Master, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III!

On April 3, 2008, a solemn and dignified first-publishing ceremony of a fact-recording book entitled H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III , which published jointly by the World Buddhism Publishing LLC and the World Dharma Voice, Inc., was held at the Library of the Congress of the United States. The book was also formally accepted into the collection of the Library of the Congress of the United States. Only since that time, did people in the world know that Master Wan Ko Yee, who had been broadly respected by the great masses and who had also been known as Great Dharma King Yangwo Yeshe Norbu, had been recognized by the world’s leaders, regent dharma kings, and great rinpoches of Buddhism through official documents as the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha , who is the primordial Sambhogakaya Buddha of the universe. The Buddha’s name is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III . Since then, people began to address His Holiness the Buddha by “Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III .” This is similar to the situation that Sakyamuni Buddha’s name was Prince Siddhartha Gotama before attaining Buddhahood. However, after Sakyamuni Buddha had attained Buddhahood, His title changed to “Namo Sakyamuni Buddha.” That is why we now address His Holiness the Buddha as “H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III .”
In particular, on December 12, 2012, the Senate Resolution No. 614 of the United States Congress officially used “His Holiness” in the name addressing Dorje Chang Buddha III (That is to say, “ H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III .”) Since then, the title and status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has been definitive by nature. And, as a matter of fact, “ Dorje Chang Buddha III ” is a name used legally in governmental and official legislative documents. Therefore, the previously used respected name and titles such as “Wan Ko Yee,” Great Master, and Great Dharma King no longer exist.
However, the news below was published before the Buddha’s title of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was publicly announced. At that time, people did not know about the true status of His Holiness the Buddha. Therefore, to respect the true history, we still kept the names used before the title of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was legitimately determined in republishing this news. However, all must clearly know that the only legitimate name of His Holiness the Buddha is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and all other names used before the legitimate determination no longer exist.
H.H. Dorje chang Buddha III
The images of Buddhas designed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu Holiest Tathagata are the most awe-inspiring and sublime images of Buddhas in the world today. Everyone who has seen images of Buddhas designed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III feels that each one of them is a world treasure. One example is the twenty-one-foot-high statue of Amitabha Buddha inside the Hua Zang Si temple in San Francisco. That statue has been generally recognized as the most majestic Buddhist statue in the world. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III designed that Buddhist statue. The factory that produced it used as its blueprint an oil painting by His Holiness. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III personally decided upon revisions to that statue many times during the production process. His Holiness not only designed that statue, He also made the final decisions on all aspects of that statue, including the shades of colors used.
“The Three Holy Beings of the Western Paradise,” which is the first three-dimensional thangka in the world, and a three dimensional image of the mandala of Green Tara were both designed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness revised them several times during the production process. They are majestic mandalas containing images of Buddhas.
Because H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the true incarnation of the primordial Buddha, His Holiness thoroughly understands the thirty-two major auspicious marks and the eighty minor auspicious marks of a Buddha’s body. Thus, His Holiness is able to design the most majestic images of Buddhas in the world.
The Explanation of the Buddha’s Title – “H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III”

After the names of the recipients of the 2010 World Peace Prize were announced, some bad persons with ulterior motives spread rumors to say that the recipient of the Top Honor Prize H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was a fraudster wanted by an arrest warrant. The origin of their deformation was from a false case deliberately fabricated through slandering carried out by a public security bureau in mainland China. That case did not even have any plaintiff. It is true that the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) had issued an arrest warrant of Red Notice to arrest “Wan Ko Yee” (the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III before being recognized as a Buddha). However, after conducting detailed investigations for more than three years, INTERPOL definitively confirmed that this was a false case to persecute and defame H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. At the same time, government institutions in China also verified through investigations that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III had not committed any crime at all and thus proactively requested INTERPOL to cancel the arrest warrant on June 11, 2008. At the 72nd Conference of its Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF) held in Leon in October 2008, the conclusion of innocence was passed to officially announce the cancelation of the arrest warrant as well as the entire case. Moreover, INTERPOL also sent an official letter to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and to all its member countries, announcing the truth to all![i]
Mayor Vincent C. Gray of Washington, DC, the capital city of the United States of America, proclaimed January 19, 2011 as “HIS HOLINESS DORJE CHANG BUDDHA III DAY.” On December 12, 2012, the Senate of the United States Congress unanimously passed its Resolution No. 614 to crown H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III with the title of H.H. (His Holiness) to respectfully address Him.[ii] H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III thus became a name endowed by the government, representing the highest status in the world. The greatly loving and greatly compassionate H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never minds and never appeals or complains about any framing, persecution, and slandering against Him. When people within the “World Peace Prize Awarding Council” asked Him after learning the facts why He had not published INTERPOL’s conclusion from investigation to refute the rumors, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “The thing that I want to do is: I will bear all negative karmas and sins of living beings, I will give all my good karmas and merit to you. If I show that to exonerate me, the people who slandered me would not get exonerated. Then, who will bear their sins and negative karmas?”

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never accepts any offerings. With His noble standard and bright character, He never engages in the slightest act of defending His innocence. However, those who intend to slander Him took that as an opportunity and continuously spread lies related to a forged case of fraud. From the very beginning to now, that false case of many years ago has always been used by those who have ulterior motives to create malicious effects to deceive the public. In late July 1999, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha IIIwas invited to visit the United States and arrived with a valid passport and US visa. Shortly after, He immigrated to the United States. In 2002, to smear and persecute H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau deliberately fabricated an absolutely nonexistent case of fraud and maliciously spread rumors through the media under their control to slander H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha IIIas a “criminal at large.” For more than 10 years, those persecutors used their power to spread and further exaggerate the lies through all forms of media including newspapers, websites, social media, and others, in order to mislead the public to regard H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as a villain and fraudster. Due to the continuous depiction by the media of accomplice and the media being misled, such misinformation travels around. During this long period of time, such incessant deformation and smearing created evil karmas and destroyed or postponed many living beings’ opportunities of attaining wisdom. Therefore, it is truly necessary to make the facts clear starting from the very beginning!
The origin of this incident dates back to 1999 when students of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III established an association of merit called “Wisdom & Mercy V. D. A. Limited” in Hong Kong. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was not a member of that organization and did not serve at any position in it. Mr. Lau Pak Hun who is a student of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III donated a property he owned at Kowloon Tong to the “Wisdom & Mercy V. D. A. Limited.” Then, the “Wisdom & Mercy V. D. A. Limited” used that place to establish the Master Wan Ko Yee Museum in Hong Kong. However, as the leader running the operation of the Master’s Museum, Wong Hiu Shui openly used that opportunity to defraud members of the museum for money. She also secretly and illegally mortgaged the property of the museum to a bank for her personal purposes. After the incidents had been reported by Mr. Lin Hui Jiu, a student in Hong Kong, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III went to Hong Kong on the same day. At the meeting held at the museum, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III told the students in Hong Kong to form a group of inspection and reporting and put up a box to collect submitted written reports, to report and expose the bad person(s) committing the fraud. At that time, Mr. Li Zai Tang who was the director of the No. 5 Radio Station in Hong Kong and Mr. Feng Wei Chang who was an audio-recording technician at the radio station did the audio recording at the site.
Wong Hiu Shui realized that her crime of fraud would soon be exposed. So in the morning of the next day, she went to the hotel where H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was staying and requested H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to dissolve the group of inspection and reporting. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III firmly declined her request. Then, Wong Hiu Shui privately contacted Wu Wentou, who was a director of the “Wisdom & Mercy V. D. A. Limited.” Wu Wentou later told news media publicly that Wong Hiu Shui asked him to be on her side to deal with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. In exchange, she would ask her godfather, Niu Ping who was the vice minister of the Ministry of National Security to issue a special pass for him, so he could do business in China without any obstacle. Since Niu Ping’s son was a shareholder of her company, if Mr. Wu did not take her side, he would have bad luck too. Mr. Wu refused her request. On the third day, using her leadership position at the Master’s Museum, Wong Hiu Shui applied deceptive methods to close the Master’s Museum in Hong Kong, causing the group of inspection and reporting to be dissolved automatically.
Since then, Wong Hiu Shui started to spread rumors and smear H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as a bad person. At that time, a few news media in Hong Kong followed along and did negative reporting, but the fact is that no one ever saw any video recording mentioned in the smearing. It was simply because Wong Hiu Shui made up the lies to smear H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, in order to cover up the fact of her defrauding for money. Wong Hiu Shui’s godfather Niu Ping was originally the head of the public security department of Sichuan Province and was promoted to the position of vice minister of the Ministry of National Security of China in 1997. Zhou Yongkang was at the position of party secretary of Sichuan Province from 1999 to 2002. After Wong Hiu Shui’s evil act of fraud was exposed, Niu Ping used his power as vice minister of the Ministry of National Security and joined force with Zhou Yongkang. They applied their political resources to carry out the smearing and persecution. A series of persecuting actions against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III took place in an enormous magnitude from Shenzhen to Sichuan, from local government to the central government, from China to overseas, and from printed news media to the internet.
On June 20, 2002, ordered by the then chief of the Public Security Department of Guangdong Province, Chen Shaoji (Later he served the positions of secretary of the Politics and Law Committee of Guangdong Province and the chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Guangdong Province and was eventually tried and sentenced to death with stay for embezzlement and corruption in 2010.), the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau used a baseless cause of “fraud through a contract” to issue a “Report Form to Place Criminal Case on File for Investigation and Prosecution” to create a case, alleging that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III signed a contract with Liu Juan in April 2000 to sell the already-sold Jixiang Property in Shenzhen to Liu Juan. It was alleged that only after wiring 150 million CNYs into the bank account designated by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, did Liu Juan discover the fraud. The Shenzhen Public Security Bureau also planted a separate matter of Lau Pak Hun who is a businessman in Hong Kong being defrauded by Wong Hiu Shiu regarding a property on H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. However, a number of questions can be asked and need to be answered. Since coming to the USA in August 1999, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never went back to China. How could He possibly sign a contract with Liu Juan in Shenzhen in April 2000? H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never did any business in China and never had a company. Nor was He a shareholder or a member of the management or staff of any company. How could He sign any contract to sell the property? Furthermore, which bank was the account designated by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in? And when and from which account did Liu Juan send the money into it? Why wasn’t such information released? The reason is that such accounts or money mentioned were simply nonexistent and were fabricated by the Public Security Bureau. In 2003, Liu Juan provided an affidavit notarized by the Consulate General of China to state that the public security personnel of Guangdong Province used needles and shackles to torture her to pressure her to made false witnesses. Liu Juan also testified that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never defrauded her and only cared about and helped her. In 2014, Liu Juan again wrote a hand-written testimony and stamped it with her fingerprint. Lau Pak Hun also issued a fingerprint-stamped written testimony in 2015 to state that the person who defrauded him was his inferior fellow Buddhist sister Wong Hiu Shui and that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never defrauded him.

In November 2002, ICAC of Hong Kong prosecuted Wong Hiu Shui and her brother Wong Fai Tung for their crime of loan fraud by mortgaging the property of Master Wan Ko Yee’s Museum in Hong Kong to the bank. The judge announced at the court that the sister and brother defendants had long premeditated committing the fraud against the property of the Buddha hall and that this case had nothing to do with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. For the crime of fraud, Wong Hiu Shui and her brother Wong Fai Tung were later sentenced by the Hong Kong High Court to 11 years in jail and 7.5 years in jail respectively. The news agency People’s Net (www.people.com.cn) in China immediately published a news report announcing that Wong Hiu Shui and her brother Wong Fai Tung received severe sentences for their crime of fraud.[iii]However, the Public Security Department of Guangdong Province was pressured by the instruction from Niu Ping, the then vice minister of the Ministry of National Security, to ignore the fact of Wong Hiu Shui’s sentencing and still issued an arrest warrant against the simply nonexistent “Wan Ko Yee’s group of fraudsters.” The arrest warrant was also published on the website of Xin Hua News Agency of Guangdong Province.

At the same time, persecution was also carried out at the birthplace of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, Dayi County. As part of the persecution, Zhou Yongkang and the then Mayor of Chengdu Li Chuncheng separately signed documents to order the closure of the ”Master Wan Ko Yee Museum” in Dayi County that was built by the Dayi County government with the approval from the Chengdu City Planning Committee and was opened officially by the government. The more than 100 paintings and calligraphies on exhibition in the museum that were created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and provided to the museum by Him were then embezzled into private hands. Additionally, the only real estate owned by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in China—His residence located at No. 19, West Xinhua Road in Chengdu was demolished, without any compensation.[iv]
Regarding the smearing attack against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III by the public security personnel, thirteen first-class legal experts in eleven institutions of law in China, including Beijing University Law School, Qinghua University Law School, Law School of Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Law Institute, the People’s Daily, the Legal Daily, and others, held a discussion forum of law in Beijing on the case. These experts of law provided their legal opinions, stating, “As the ‘victims’ recognized by the verdict in this case, Lau Pak Hun and Liu Juan did not have money or property that was defrauded. Both ‘victims’ also denied being ‘victims’ of fraud in this case. …… There exists no fact of any crime committed and there was no criminal in this case. What is the fraud to speak of?” The experts also requested the verdict to be corrected.
According to information revealed, the unlawful public security personnel in Guangdong and Shenzhen led by Chen Shaoji privately embezzled lots of money, properties, and valuables using the opportunities of handling cases. They stole more than 700 paintings and calligraphies created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s painstaking efforts through several decades (if calculated by the current auction prices of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s paintings and calligraphies, these paintings and calligraphies embezzled into private hands are valued at more than 40 billion CNYs or 6.5 billion US$ by a conservative estimate) but also robbed tens of kilograms of gold and jewelries as well as famous watches and other valuables from the jewelry company owned jointly by Liu Juan and Wu Wentou. In addition, the over 70 famous ancient paintings that Wu Wentou had bought and collected for his planned jewelry and antique store were also illegally taken away. No wonder such big tigers will not refrain from eating humans!
Although the corrupting officials led by Zhou Yongkang and Chen Shaoji in persecuting H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III later were sentenced to jail one after another due to their corrupting and degenerating deeds found in other cases, the embezzling and corrupting members of the police involved in this case are still within the rank of public security personnel of Guangdong Province. To cover up their crimes of embezzlement, they resist the cancelation of the arrest warrant by all means. Worrying about their embezzling acts being exposed, they spread rumors everywhere to describe H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha IIIas a bad person, to delude the great masses and cover up their own embezzlement and corruption.
The Economist once reported that, during the time when Hu Jingtao was the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, Zhou Yongkang who was in charge of the Politics and Law Committee and the Ministry of National Security was almost as influential and powerful as Mr. Hu. With Niu Ping plus Zhou Yongkang who was called the “big tiger,” these accusers forging accusations had extremely strong political power. Therefore, it is not difficult to understand that the arrest warrant published on the internet could stay there for years because no one dared remove it.
Although INTERPOL did issue an arrest warrant of Red Notice near the end of 2004 based on the application submitted by China, but there were only two “victims,” Liu Juan and Lau Pak Hun, mentioned in the entire process of legal proceedings as well as media reports, both of whom stated publicly and in multiple times that they were not victimized. They even emphasized the kindness and virtue of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Experts of law in China exonerated H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Both victims in the case denied being defrauded. There had never been any change of ownership to the funds or properties they owned. The so-called money or property being defrauded was just investments made by these two persons. Additionally, “Wan Ko Yee” was not even a recipient or partner of the investments. Whatever fraud mentioned in the case was simply nonexistent. In June 2008, China proactively asked INTERPOL to cancel the arrest warrant which was officially canceled by INTERPOL in October 2008. These facts all belong to the information publicly accessible to the general public from the internet.
During the course of this persecution, a local newspaper in Sichuan Province of China called Huaxi Metropolitan Newspaper fabricated a piece of society news with forged information. Due to republications by news media, this article is often used as a slandering topic. It belittled H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III who has doctoral degrees as having the education of the fifth grade in elementary school and described Him as a temporary worker of painting. The fact is that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III received the title of “Fellow” from the Royal Academy of Arts of Great Britain, which was awarded only once in the history of this world-class institution of arts for over 200 years. His Holiness the Buddha also received the titles of honorary doctoral degree and professorship from 92 universities in the USA and other countries. This status is the highest honor among people of Chinese origin in the world. From 2000 to 2009, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was a professor at Auburn University in the USA and frequently received awards and commendations for His outstanding performance. Could a person with the education of the fifth grade in elementary school be a university professor? More notably, the paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha IIIfrequently set new price records. In 2015, His painting entitled Loquat created an astonishing price of 1.7 million US$ per square feet at the New York Fall Auction. His accomplishments in 30 big categories broke the highest record in history of accomplishment by a person. In the fields of morality, philosophy, poetry, painting, calligraphy, music, medicine, and so many others, He is expertly proficient in all and has made highest accomplishments. In contrast to the international reputations for His comprehensive accomplishments in so many domains, what was in the slandering article is simply ridiculous.

When Zhou Yongkang was sentenced to life imprisonment for his case of embezzlement and corruption in June 2015, many of his victims long suffered from injustice surfaced publicly. Those who were tortured and pressed by the public security agency in that false case of fraud but actually should have been the real plaintiffs in the case include Jiang Gongkang Rinpoche (with the worldly name of Wang Huaqing) and Buddhist nun Shi Hui Shan (with the worldly name of Hao Nanni before becoming a monastic) spoke about their experiences in front of the camera. The recorded videos exposed the tragic ordeal and provide real evidence for this case of deformation.[v]
Exactly as stated in the statement from the World Peace Prize Awarding Council, “His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III is more than deserving of the Top Honor Prize as He exemplifies the nobility of selflessness; a model of morality for all to emulate. He also demonstrated how peace is often attained by determination, humility and the perseverance to advance its cause in the face of adversity.”
This false case of fraud deceived some living beings for a time, but cannot contaminate His Holiness the Buddha. Rather, it can only further manifest H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s unsurpassed morality, sentiment, and conduct with selflessness, fearlessness, great love, great compassion, and doing everything to benefit living beings!
Appendix A – A Hand-Written Testimony by Ms. Liu Juan
Now, many people in society who have ulterior motives and lack morality are using my name to attack and slander H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, my Buddha Master. I feel very furious and sad! Actually, you do not know the real situation at all and only saw the superficies. As a matter of fact, during the entire period of more than ten years since I became a disciple of my Buddha Master, every time I met with my Buddha Master, He was always so compassionate, so kind, and so caring about everything of us who are disciples! He is never concerned with the deformation against Him from others and just bears living beings’ sins!
For quite a few times when I was paying homage to my Buddha Master, I mentioned that I wanted to write a statement of clarification to testify that my Buddha Master never defrauded me. However, He always declined. Now I saw more and more immoral persons using my name to slander my Buddha Master. I cannot stand this anymore. I want to state the fact to clarify. The great H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has always been my most revered master! He never defrauded me! I hereby give this statement to clarify!

Sister and Brother Who Were Directors of a Buddhist Hall Received Severe Prison Sentences

The case of fraud involving the star Buddhist hall “Wisdom & Mercy” was sentenced yesterday. Wong Hiu Hui, the former chairperson of the Wisdom & Mercy V. D. A. Limited, and her brother Wong Fai Tung received severe sentences of imprisonment for 11 years and 7.5 years respectively. Separately, they were also deprived of the right to serve as a director of a company for 15 years. The attorneys of both of them thought the sentences were extremely severe punishment.
The judge pointed out that the crime committed by the two defendants in this case caused a loan of 97 million HK$ from the Xin Hua Bank to become a bad loan.
Wong Hiu Hui (44) and Wong Fai Tung (34, former director and general manager of Jinke Digital Intl. Holding Co.) forged a resolution of the board meeting of Wisdom & Mercy to mortgage the property of “Master’s Museum” located at No. 22, Kent Road, Kowloon Tong and valued at 56 million HK$ to the Xin Hua Bank, to obtain credit and loan services for the two companies owned by Wong Fai Tung.
The judge pointed out that the two sister-brother defendants have started their premeditated plot for the property long ago. Within the two years after the real estate at Kent Road was purchased by a “tycoon follower” of the Buddha hall Lau Pak Hun in 1995, the defendants already submitted the property to the bank for appraisal and planned on applying for a mortgage with it. Although the plan was put off later, in 1999 they again mortgaged the property to the bank for a credit line of 40 million HK$ for the two companies owned by Wong Fai Tung. Shortly after that, 20 million HK$ was withdrawn from that credit line. Even until now, the two companies still owed the Xin Hua Bank 35 million HK$ and 58 million HK$ respectively.

Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛), which are among those exhibits, are divided into sixteen different styles of painting. They want to have a more detailed understanding of those sixteen styles of painting. Therefore, we provide below a brief introduction to those different styles.
The achievements of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) are myriad. Let us put aside for now twenty-nine of the thirty large categories of achievements contained in the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛). With respect to only one of those thirty large categories-painting achievements- H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) has founded sixteen different styles of painting. This is in addition to being able to paint paintings of all other currently existing schools, such as the realist, abstractionist, and impressionist schools. The sixteen distinctive styles of painting that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) has independently created are as follows: 1.The “Chaoshi” style; 2.The “Chouxiang Yunwei” style; 3.The “Wenfeng” style; 4.The “Fangfa” style; 5.The “Menglong” style; 6.The “Xiangtong” style; 7.The “Fanjuan style; 8.The “Pomo Xiantiao Xiezhen” style; 9. The “Weiyin” style; 10. The “Fanpu” style; 11.The “Miaoxie” style; 12.The “Pomo Weiyun” style; 13.The “Kuangxi” style; 14.The “Yousi” style; 15.The “Banqi” style; 16.The “Thickly Piled Patches of Color” style.
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) has an extremely serious attitude toward the art of calligraphy and painting. Although He has painted more than 10,000 paintings, He has nonetheless burned up almost all of them. As long as H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) is dissatisfied with a painting He painted, He will surely burn it up. There have been numerous occasions when He openly burned up His paintings, including those that were already nicely mounted. Such is the unusual conduct of one with a sense of responsibility toward art. It has been determined through investigation that there are now only 197 authentic paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) that exist in the world.
Nevertheless, the International Art Museum of America is also unsurpassed in the entire world in the variety and number of authentic paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) that it has collected and displayed. However, at the present time, our museum still has not collected paintings of the sixteenth style of painting called “Thickly Piled Patches of Color.” Our museum is also somewhat deficient in a small portion of the other fifteen styles of painting. Additionally, as the inherently highest leader of Buddhism in the history of Buddhism, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) is busy benefiting living beings and performing Buddhist matters, and thus has no time to paint. Furthermore, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) has clearly refused to ever accept a request from the International Art Museum of America to purchase from Him any of His works of art.
Therefore, our museum has decided to purchase paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) from art collectors in society. However, as the value of paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) has risen, numerous counterfeit paintings have appeared in society. Many of these counterfeit paintings are stamped with seals that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) previously used. Such seals were stolen from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛)) in 2001. Consequently, it is difficult to differentiate counterfeit paintings from authentic paintings. That is why the International Art Museum of America has established strict inspection procedures for its purchase of any painting by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛)
Our museum will purchase any authentic painting by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) that is stamped with His three-dimensional fingerprint seal (either on the front or back of the painting) and is a type of painting our museum is deficient in or does not have. The purchase price for such a painting will be US$300,000 to US$900,000 per square foot, depending on the level or grade of the painting. Our museum will purchase any oil painting by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) that belongs to the “Thickly Piled Patches of Color” style of painting that He founded. Whether such a painting is one of scenery or one of flowers and plants, its purchase price will be US$1,000,000 per square foot. However, if it is a sunflower or water lily painting in the “Thickly Piled Patches of Color” style, as long as it is proven to be an authentic painting signed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛), whether or not it has a fingerprint seal, its purchase price will be more than US$1,000,000 per square foot. Although our museum is currently displaying on a temporary basis three paintings lent to it that were created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) and that belong to “The Thickly Piled Patches of Color School,” our museum is still seeking to purchase paintings in this style.
Those willing to sell any such paintings that they themselves have collected should first mail to the International Art Museum of America a photograph of the painting. The three-dimensional fingerprint seal on the painting should be enlarged to at least two square inches. After an initial evaluation of the photograph is made, notice will be given to examine the painting itself. In that examination, no evaluation or recommendation from an artist whose works are exhibited at the International Art Museum of America will be accepted. Only experts hired by the museum will examine and determine the authenticity and price of all such paintings.
The following is a brief introduction to the sixteen styles of painting created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛)：
1. The “Chaoshi” style：
Such paintings are even more lifelike, appealing detailed, and beautiful than the actual subjects they portray.
2. The “Chouxiang Yunwei” style：
The true appearance of the subject portrayed is changed in these captivating ink-wash paintings, resulting in an unconventional image that both looks like yet does not look like the actual subject.
3. The “Wenfeng” style：
Brushwork skills suggestive of scholarliness and poetic charm embody these paintings.
4. The “Fangfa” style：
This delightful painting style is lively yet natural, producing a dynamic and fascinating effect from scattered ink.
5. The “Menglong” style：
Realism and non-realism are combined to capture the image of the subject portrayed, resulting in a seeming likeness but actual non-likeness of the subject. Brush strokes and color application produce a strong fanciful look to these paintings, a lovely, hazy look in which the real and the surreal mingle.
6. The “Xiangtong” style：
There is a rustic and childlike charm to these paintings. With the mindset of an innocent child, the artist casually wields his brush without being led by pre-conceived notions, applying a seasoned adeptness that conveys an impression of simplicity and purity.
7. The “Fanjuan style：
Numerous strokes of the brush reveal an air of scholarliness. Although a myriad of brush strokes are applied, there is no sense of disorder; rather, rather, artistic talent based on profound and extensive knowledge is expressed.
8. The “Pomo Xiantiao Xiezhen” style：
The splash-ink technique is merged with the center brush-tip technique to create realistic paintings of landscapes.
9. The “Weiyin” style：
These impressionist paintings have reached such a high level that if any small portion of the full painting were isolated, it would be an exquisite impressionist painting in and of itself. These paintings express a dreamy, illusory state, and any small part of them can be enlarged to form its own beautiful, aesthetically enjoyable painting.
10. The “Fanpu” style：
These paintings express that artistic conception of returning to original purity and simplicity. With unfettered hand and mind, the artist applies his most mature skills free of the slightest attachment and with minimal, natural strokes of the brush.
11. The “Miaoxie” style：
Subtle, fine brushwork and freehand brushwork blend into one. White lines are formed through the delicate, refined, marvelous application of ink rather than through the use of white paint. The artist produces the effect of a realistic painting with meticulous attention to detail even though He applies the freehand style.
12. The “Pomo Weiyun” style：
Although bold and vigorous hues of watery ink are used, a rich charm is evinced that is both subtle and wonderful.
13. The “Kuangxi” style：
Such paintings fuse rough and precise artistry. The roughest, most rigid, most vigorous brush strokes of the large-scale freehand style are masterfully combined with the fine, delicate brush strokes of the realistic style, resulting in elegance amid roughness.
14. The “Yousi” style：
Mostly applied in figure painting, this technique uses gossamer-like fine lines to form the contours of the subject.
15. The “Banqi” style：
Such paintings appear to be in the style of those imprinted from engraved plates, but they also manifest the flair of the brush. Deep within them is an inexhaustibly enchanting quality that is both natural and lively. They are ink-wash paintings, not paintings imprinted from engraved plates.
16. The “Thickly Piled Patches of Color” style：
Thickly applied oil colors are piled up, giving the painting a three-dimensional look with elegant, vigorous charm. The overall effect is produced through rough brushwork and a sense of surrealism.

Great holy virtuous ones elucidated, “The effect of an inner-tantric initiation is to invite the yidam (a Buddha or a Bodhisattva) to come to the mandala to accept the disciple receiving the initiation. As long as the disciple cultivates and practices according to the dharma, his/her ending of birth and death is one-hundred-percent guaranteed!! The requirement of receiving an inner-tantric initiation is that one must have made real contribution to the true undertaking carried out by the Buddha and have created great merit. Examples are doing good deeds, relieving disasters, propagating the true dharma, practicing good karmas, abstaining from practicing evil dogmas, and contributing to temples with the genuinely true dharma of the Tathagatas.”
Yesterday, someone told me that some people thought that, since she had contributed a lot of funds to support and build temples, install Buddha statues, and visit famous mountains to pay homage to the Buddha, what she did is establishing great merit. Actually this is not correct. It could be merit, but could also be sin or negative karma. The reason is that you have to look at whether the temple is practicing the genuinely true dharma of the Tathagatas or not and whether the abbot of the temple is an ordinary person or a holy virtuous one at a certain level. If the abbot is a holy virtuous one, you will have merit to speak of. If, on the contrary, the temple’s abbot is an amateur to Buddhism or a master of evil teachings, the temple will transmit false Buddha-dharma and practice evil views from generation to generation and may even engage in forecasting based on word analysis, fortune telling, and spreading superstitious belief to heretics, strange or paranormal phenomena, evil deities, or spiritual manifestations. Such a temple will become a site of defrauding living beings and generating sin and negative karma, and people who make offerings to build this type of temples will definitely be sinful and malicious accomplices. We understand that people who intend to do Buddhist work absolutely want to know making offerings to which temple and doing what Buddhist work are creating truly permanent merit, but we can only say “that is unclear.” The reason is that you must see whether what the temple advocates and spread belongs to the true dharma of the Tathagatas or not and whether the temple’s abbot is a holy eminent monastic or not. If the abbot is not a holy eminent monastic and is an amateur to Buddhism, there exists no cause of planting merit and there is no way to know whether the successor of the next generation will be evil or upright.
Great holy virtuous ones said, “Exactly because we do not know about the temples you made donations to, we dare not make conclusive statements in response to your inquiries regarding upright or evil and good or bad. In short, if the temple does not have a holy one as the abbot, there is no way to know what it will be in the future as a result of incidents and changes as history evolves.” The real situation is exactly as the great holy virtuous ones said. For example, Beijing has a very huge temple called the Tanzhe Temple. After the changes occurred through history, not only the temple has no eminent monastic now, there is not even a monastic stationed at the temple. The temple only has non-monastic staff personnel maintaining the cultural relics there. You all can think and recall the fact. How could be such situation existing only in the Tanzhe Temple? There are so many declined temples, closed temples, and temples used by heretics to deceive people. The number is in many thousands and is not what anyone can count.
Venerable Mozhi said, “I can guarantee that the Ancient Buddha Temple to be built by our World Buddhism Association Headquarters will be led by an abbot who is a great holy virtuous one with a one-hundred-percent certainty and the lineage will be succeeded by holy virtuous ones from generation to generation. If you sincerely make your best effort to donate to this temple, you are a person who establishes great merit!!! Remember, what we say here is that making donations to the Ancient Buddha Temple sincerely with the best effort is great merit. One who causally follows the formality to make a donation or who does not do so wholeheartedly with the best effort has no great merit. The key is in the word ‘sincerity.’ Receiving what initiation and learning what dharma based on the donor’s merit will be determined from the process of decision by selection. The yidam will look at what vow you have made and how great your merit is and decide. Why do we make such a guarantee? For specifics, please read the details of Announcement No. 20180102 from the World Buddhism Association Headquarters. Then you will know why we dare make such a guarantee.”
There is a Ms. “Dongfang” who has no knowledge about Buddhism. She baselessly wrote slandering words without learning about the locality and situation of the Ancient Buddha Temple. She even directly slandered the fundamental teachings and Buddha-dharma of Sakyamuni Buddha and slandered the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. She wanted to deny the law of cause and effect and slandered the Buddha. Doing so is truly an act of sin and dark karma! Related to her slandering, today I looked at the related documents and materials at the World Buddhism Association Headquarters (WBAH), including the schematic drawing from the geological report and the planning diagram. There is not any false word from what WBAH said. The Holy Heavenly Lake truly exists. Under the ground there is truly a big lake of crystal deposit. It is true that a big underground river flows through under the ground of the Holy Heavenly Lake. It is true that the local council passed a legislation to approve the land at the Holy Heavenly Lake as a religious site. It is true that the World Buddhism Association Headquarters decided to build the main Buddha hall of the temple as the tallest Buddhist grand hall in the world. Moreover, the diagrams of the Buddhist Center (the Buddhist City) and the Ancient Buddha Temple have already been drawn.
Dharma King Gar Tongstan, WBAH’s chairman, said, “The Holy Heavenly Lake is a very good holy site, unless an even better treasure site can be found to benefit even more people. In short, we guarantee that the tallest Buddhist grand hall in the world will definitely be built!!! Furthermore, we guarantee that, during the month of laying the foundation for the temple, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be invited to come in person to the ceremony of presenting a petition to a Bodhisattva. At the grand ceremony to consecrate the temple, Buddhas will be invited to bestow nectar to empower the holders of great merit in contributing to the construction of the temple and the merit holders who sincerely contributed to the temple!”
“What I say today does not have any word that is remotely untrue. I, as a person who will soon attain accomplishment, dare not say any false word to add a slightest bit of dark karma. It will be terrible if such dark karma forms an obstacle blocking the path toward nirvana. I am not that ignorant and stupid! Some people said over the phone that our WBAH’s building the Ancient Buddha Temple is for the wish of me, Gar Tongstan, to serve as the abbot of the Ancient Buddha Temple. Today, I tell Buddhist disciples and kind people: I, Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso, simply have no qualification to serve as the abbot of the Ancient Buddha Temple. As one who is at the level of Golden Button Grade 2 and does not even have the accomplished practice to establish an inner-tantric mandala, I do not even have the qualification to serve as the prior of the Ancient Buddha Temple. Additionally, I do not have the karmic condition to respectfully view and pay homage to the Ancient Buddha Temple. So, today is the last time that I speak from my heart as the chairman of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters. After today, WBAH’s chairman will be served by Venerable Mozhi. I once again congratulate that such a good venerable one will serve as the chairman. This is the good fortune for living beings. Although I am confident for my freedom from birth and death, I am not quite confident about returning to the human world after arriving at the Buddha-land. This is because I do not know whether Amitabha Buddha will approve me to return to the human world to pay respect to the Buddha or not, unless H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, my beneficent Master, summons me.”
Even until now, you still have doubts about where the true dharma of Buddhism is. Why don’t you think about the fact that Chairman Gar Tongstan knows clearly about his karmic conditions. In a letter dated July 16, 2016 that he wrote to the planning and preparation committee of the Juexing Temple in Taiwan, a forecast was already made. Why did Dharma King Gar Tongstan reply in writing that he could not serve as the abbot of the Juexing Temple in Taiwan? This was because he does not have such a karmic condition. Dharma King Gar Tongstan is able to clearly know the arising and generation of the karmic conditions related to his accomplishment regarding birth and death. Doesn’t this prove that he is an accomplished one in the true dharma of the Tathagata? People who have doubt such as you are so silly and ignorant and so pitiable!!! Demons have almost exterminated your seed for accomplishment and liberation that you have after the millions of eons. They tried to deceive and mislead you into not believing the World Buddhism Association Headquarters and slandered Buddha-bestowed nectar as “scheme plus magic.” Great holy virtuous ones hope that a last-ditch effort can rescue those pitiable living beings such as you and have made the decision to make an exception to cultivated Buddha-bestowed nectar! There can be two scenarios as stated in the following:
One, we will wash the bowl clean and then put the cover on the bowl. That “Dongfang” can put the bowl at any place to play the “scheme plus magic,” but we will guard and watch the bowl. If she can apply the “scheme plus magic” to cause nectar which is not in the form of any substance in the world to descend into the bowl, I will lead the crowd to respect her as our master.
Two, conversely, for the sake of having the presence of “Dongfang” to prove the dharma and thus save Buddhists, we will let “Dongfang” wash the bowl clean. She can then place the bowl anywhere as she wishes and guard and watch the bowl herself. The tremendously great holy virtuous one will, from a distance of several dozen meters to bestow nectar from the space to the bowl placed before and guarded and watched by her! If Buddhas do not bestow nectar, I, Chen Yigu, will cut off my right arm by myself and burn it as an offering to Buddhas, as the warning and punishment to me! This is because I irresponsibly speak nonsense and should meet malicious retribution! On the other hand, once nectar is bestowed, my condition is that “Dongfang” must write to the public to repent her sin of slandering Buddha, dharma, sangha, and nectar and, from then on, correct the evil and pursue kindness, benefit mankind, learn and practice true Buddha-dharma, and be a good person!!!
Why do I dare to guarantee so adamantly and definitively? This is because I followed H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III for 23 years. I know so well that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a true Buddha! I saw Buddha-bestowed nectar with my own eyes. I saw that Buddhas arrived in the sky and then bestowed nectar into the dharma bowl so vividly. 20 years ago, when I spoke to Great Geshe Luosang Zhenzhu, he said that great holy virtuous ones could not even compare to a finger of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. He mentioned that the difference between Buddha-dharma in Tibet and Buddha-dharma held by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was as big as the separation between the ground and the sky. Who could invite Green Tara to manifest for me to see? Only H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III did that. Dharma kings in Tibet were unable to! I, Chen Yigu, saw in person that the 32 major marks of a Buddha appeared from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. That was when I and several other people went to pay respect to the tremendously great holy virtuous one. His servant led us into a room on the 18th floor with only one door to wait inside. Once we got in, all we saw was the empty room and the blue sky and white clouds outside the window. Suddenly, the tremendously great holy virtuous one appeared in the sky outside the window and penetrated the glass to enter the room, but the glass was still perfect without any damage. At this time, a solemn and majestic mandala emerged inside the room and manifested itself! After being scared into screaming, all we had was the excitement and joy while our faces were covered by tears! As a person who experienced true Buddha-dharma, why don’t I dare to make such a guarantee?!!!
